Radio Warehouse's leadership is comprised of highly established, trusted, and regarded two-way radio communications professionals with a long history of expertise in critical two-way radio communication systems for business and government teams.
Radio Warehouse was founded in 2006 by the leadership team of Dave Cox and Martin Cahill, who collectively bring nearly 100 years of experience in the radio communications industry from senior leadership positions they have held at Motorola Solutions, the Australian Army, Pacific Wireless Communications (PWC) & Wireless Corporation, respectively.
Our Leadership
Before Dave Cox's involvement in the foundation of Radio Warehouse, he began his radio communications career as an Officer in the Royal Australian Corps of Signals (RA Sigs). This leadership role provides radio communications, information systems, and electronic warfare support to the Australian Army and the Australian Defence Force. After serving in uniform, David built a long and successful career at Motorola Solutions, eventually becoming General Manager of Motorola Solutions (Australia).
Martin Cahill is also a former Motorola senior veteran who began his career in radio as a technician. Martin eventually grew his 20+ year career at Motorola, holding senior leadership positions globally across sales, marketing, and product development. In 2002, Martin founded Pacific Wireless Communications (Australia) before launching Radio Warehouse in 2006.
Martin and David were also instrumental in forming the Australian Radio Communications Industry Association (ARCIA). Today, ARCIA unifies over 1500 industry professionals and sets our industry excellence benchmarks. These values have driven Radio Warehouse's success as Australia's first online radio communications dealer, distributor, and service organisation.
Radio Warehouse's current Managing Director is Ari Adar, who possesses nearly 20 years of telecommunications experience, acquired from Motorola Solutions (Hong Kong), Vodaphone (UK), Telstra, and Pacific Wireless Communications (Australia). As General Manager, Ari was instrumental in Radio Warehouse's growth, fuelled by his passion for "standing on the side of the customer" and helping connect business teams with world-class UHF, WiFi, 4G LTE, Satellite, and radio communication technologies. Ari is also an active committee member of the Australian Radio Communications Industry Association.
